Nicely presented hotel, well located and nice friendly staff.
Room cleaning had been missed several times, no choice for breakfast just a simple bread, cheese and ham with salad and a choice of coffee and tea. Lack of clarity of the breakfast items included. I was presented with an extras bill of 48 liras/£21.00 For orange juice at breakfast. There was no mention of it being a chargeable item or a request for a signature after breakfast. The lights in the room/ bathroom did not give adequate light eventhough there were over 50 fittings, this was mainly due to the use of led bulbs not really suitable for lighting up areas but very cheap to run.

It was a good and trustable hotel also location is perfect if you wish to enjoy konyaalti beach.
There was annoying permanent smell from bathroom and my room was very close to reception and kitchen so there were noises at night (try to stay 2nd floor and above)

Excellent service always with a greeting and a smile, good comfortable room excellent resturant and food good breakfast. Had a really good stay would and have recommended this hotel to others.
The card lock on my room door broke but the reception staff were always ready to let me in with a key. Can not fault the welcome, service, food and room at the hotel.
